The finca is situated in the enchanting Burga valley near Pollenca Colonya - located in the northwest of the island of Majorca, with beautiful views of the foothills of the Tramuntana mountains and only a few minutes drive from the small town of Pollenca.
This well maintained villa with pool offers peace and tranquility in a natural setting, surrounded by a garden interesting. In that grow many different fruit trees, bushes and flowers.
The entire living area is on the ground floor. From the covered terrace leads to the main entrance leading directly into the living room. This is small but nicely furnished with comfortable seating elements, wood stove and satellite TV.
The adjoining kitchen has a separate exit to the terrace.
Equipped with gas Mayrhofen, elec. Oven, large fridge-freezer, microwave. (No dishwasher)
The double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower.
The other two bedrooms with two twin beds share a second Bathroom with tub and shower.
